At Good Smile US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective seals are still intact on the apparel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
